Admissions and enrollment
Do students have to re-apply each year that they want to attend the Academy?
No, students do not need to re-apply for admission – once they are enrolled in the Academy, they can remain in the program as long as they maintain the minimum grade requirements.
What are the minimum grade requirements to stay in the Academy?
Students must maintain a 2.5 to remain in good standing. Students between 2.0 and 2.5 will be on probation, and students who fall below a 2.0 will be dismissed from the program.
Semesters
What are the dates of the terms for the 2013-2014 school year?
Autumn semester 2013 will run from August 21 through December 11. Spring semester 2014 will run from January 6 through April 29.
What is May Session?
May Session is a short, intensive term. May Session is officially part of the summer term. Students will not be able to participate in May Session through PSEOP Option B.
