The past few days have been eventful, to say the least. For starters, I’ve moved back on campus! I’ve been enjoying some of the big events that Ohio State offers during Welcome Week. Events like the annual Involvement Fair on the Oval and Buck-I-Frenzy create opportunities for new and returning students to call this campus their home.
The annual Involvement Fair showcases the hundreds of different clubs and organizations that students can join for the school year.
With tomorrow marking the first day of classes for this semester, make sure you take the steps to being fully prepared! Take time out to visit the buildings where your classes are scheduled to be. This will help prevent you from being late on the first day. It’s also very important that you take a look at the syllabus for each class on Carmen ahead of time so you have an idea of what you’re getting yourself into. When it comes to books, explore different options. Many stores around campus offer book rentals for a semester and some books can be purchased and accessed online. Check with your instructor first to find the best option.
It’s been an epic Welcome Week so far! I hope my fellow students and I have a great start to classes tomorrow!
