Best Places to Eat on Campus

Sloopy’s Diner

If you’re looking for a sweet dessert, Sloopy’s is the place to go. At first, I was a little skeptical of the idea of pancakes covered in peanut butter and chocolate chips, but I soon discovered they were a little heaven on Earth. Also, you can get milkshakes with Oreo crumbs or Reese’s toppings. My absolute favorite thing to order from Sloopy’s is the Buckeye Pie. Just try it. (They have normal food, too, but I guess that’s not as exciting.)

Oxley’s By the Numbers

Oxley’s has so many good wraps and sandwiches. It can get pretty crowded depending on when you go, but if you use Tapingo, you’ll be able to get your food faster.

Marketplace is a little off the grid if you live on North, but even if you do, you should venture here to try the pizza.

Traditions at Scott

The Mongolian grill. (There’s actually a ton of options at Scott, but this one wins every time.)

Woody’s Tavern

Sometimes I forget that Woody’s exists, but it’s a good place to grab nachos, wings or pizza.

Ohio State students have it pretty great when it comes to dining services, especially compared to other universities. Just make sure you download Tapingo before you move in; it’ll make your life so much easier when you need to grab a quick meal between classes!
