So now that I work in a lab on campus, my favorite part of documentaries is all the shots of RESEARCH: artistically blurry close-ups of beakers, scientists walking purposefully down hallways in white lab coats, and the SERIOUS SCIENTIST FACE. Everyone is very serious when they do research. Obviously.
I forgot to mention in my last entry– I got back on the 13th of July and now I’m mostly just chilin at home catching up on emails and dental school applications. Anyway, here’s my second entry about China, chronicling my trip to Suzhou with 2 of my friends from OSU.

From Osnabrück I headed down to Como, Italy to visit another best friend from Ecuador named Federica (but feel free to call her Fede). Fede lives very close to George Clooney. She also lives very close to the most beautiful lake that might exist. The Lago di Como was formed by a melted glacier, so it dips into a valley between beautifully green mountains.
