International transfer applicants

Welcome!

You are an international transfer applicant if you:

  • are a secondary school graduate
  • attended another university after graduating from high school
  • are not a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or person who has been granted asylum

If you are currently enrolled at a college/university where you will earn your high school certificate/diploma at the same time that you earn college/university credit, please follow the application instructions for first-year students.
