Submit required application documents

If you are admitted to Ohio State and choose to enroll, you must submit required financial documents and your passport photo page to obtain proper visa documents. Using the Admissions Uploader is the easiest way to submit the required documents. You may not use the uploader to submit transcripts or test scores. These documents must be sent directly from the testing organization.
